Purchases can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, unless agreed otherwise in advance. If there was a problem with your order please do contact us via email immediately to notify us.
To return an item you must include your invoice number and the reason for return so that we can process your return and then refund/exchange.
Purchases returned to us that have been damaged or marked in any way will not be eligible for refund/exchange - this includes items damaged in the post, so you must please ensure that your return is in appropriate packaging and using additional cardboard for protection if necessary. Please do obtain a proof of posting certificate when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
